Services
My primary approaches tend to be client-centered and humanistic in nature, focusing on the unique needs of each individual person.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a highly recommended effective treatment for many mental health disorders and concerns. Whether there is a diagnosable disorder identified or not, one-on-one therapy is a great way to reach your individual goals.
As therapist and client, we will work as a team to keep you striving toward your self-identified goals.
Telehealth Therapy
I offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth therapy sessions for adults throughout New York State.
Telehealth allows you to receive compassionate, personalized care from the comfort and privacy of your own home, office, or any confidential location where you feel comfortable.
Couple’s Therapy
Relationships are an area of life that can often be complexly difficult. Couple’s therapy is often a helpful way to break through communication barriers and reconnect in your relationship.
We always hear people say that marriage (and relationships) are hard, but rarely do we know what that means until we are faced with our own relationship struggles. Real relationships don’t exist or sustain without conflicts. Conflict itself is actually quite healthy! Often, the most important element in a relationship (or at least one that is very high on the list) is learning how to navigate conflict effectively and productively.
I have received training through the distinguished Couples Institute to familiarize myself with helping couples through various relationship obstacles and challenges.
Pediatric/Adolescent Services
Individual therapy is available to adolescents and children ages 12 and up. I have extensive experience working with this population.
Adolescence specifically is without a doubt one of the trickiest life stages, and it comes with unique challenges which continue to evolve with society. I am committed to providing a space where young people can express themselves and feel supported as we work through the hard parts of youth, and where parents can feel confident that their child is being cared for appropriately by a trustworthy professional.
Investment & What to Expect
Investing in your well-being and relationships is a powerful choice. To keep your care completely confidential and tailored entirely to your needs, I operate as a private pay practice.
50-Minute Individual Session: $150

Not sure if we are the right fit?
Finding the right therapist is deeply personal. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so we can chat briefly, discuss what you are looking for, and ensure I am the right person to support you.
Learn More About...-
I am considered an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance companies directly. However, if your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be eligible for partial or full reimbursement.
At your request, I can provide a superbill—a detailed receipt of your sessions that includes all necessary diagnostic codes and service codes. Please contact your insurance provider directly to verify your out-of-network coverage before we begin.

I believe that therapy should be accessible. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots (income-based rates) based on financial need and household income.
If my standard fee is a barrier to your care, please mention this during your initial consultation. If my sliding scale spots are currently full, I will gladly add you to a waitlist or provide referrals to other trusted clinicians in the area.

Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers are required to provide clients who are uninsured or who choose not to use their health insurance with a Good Faith Estimate of the expected costs of health care services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical or mental health care is expected to cost.
Before you begin services, or upon request, you may receive a written Good Faith Estimate that outlines the anticipated cost of therapy services and any other reasonably expected charges.
Please note that the Good Faith Estimate is based on information known at the time it is provided and does not include unexpected costs that may arise during treatment. The actual number of sessions and total cost of care may vary depending on your individual needs, treatment goals, and clinical recommendations.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.
You may request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling an appointment or at any time during treatment.
For more information about your rights under the No Surprises Act, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
If you have questions about fees or would like to request a Good Faith Estimate, please contact New Leaf Therapy.
